Politically Independent Candidate X (PICX) has been designed to assist any independent candidate in the local elections. It is politically neutral, informative and factually based. It is not based on any particular local authority. The website was designed by JackBit & Snap. Its author, Melvyn Higson, wishes you the very best of luck.
