Well if you have got this far you must be interested in becoming an independent councillor.  Politically Independent Candidate X (PICX)  has been designed to assist any independent candidate in the local elections.  It is politically neutral, informative and factually based.  It is not based on any particular local authority.  The website was designed by JackBit & Snap.  Its author, Melvyn Higson, wishes you the very best of luck.

To assist you to navigate through the site there are two menu bars.  One at the top and the other at the bottom of the page.  The top menu bar has fifteen links to internal WebPages and the bottom menu bar has six links to external Websites.
